Why preview before sending
A merge mistake is permanent: a blank first name, a raw [company] token, or a value from the wrong row is already in someone's inbox before you notice. Previewing every row takes a minute and catches the errors that templates and spreadsheets hide. This tool only previews; it never sends and nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
Does this tool send the emails?
No. It only renders a preview of each personalized message so you can check the merge before sending. Copy the results into your email tool, or use the personalizer for a single message.
How do I paste my Google Sheets list?
Select the cells including the header row, copy, and paste into the list box. Commas, semicolons, and tabs are detected automatically. If your sheet has no header row, turn off the first-row-is-headers switch.
Why does a [token] stay in brackets after previewing?
Two reasons: the token has no matching column name, or the cell for that row is empty. Both are listed under the preview so you can fix the data or the template before sending anything.
How many rows can I preview?
The preview shows up to 200 rows at once, which is enough to spot merge problems. Copying all emails includes every row in the pasted list.
