Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who accesses or uses the Service. Customers are responsible for their users' compliance. Examples below are not exhaustive, and we decide in our discretion whether conduct violates this policy.

• Comply with all anti-spam, marketing, telecommunications, privacy, and data protection laws that apply to you and your recipients.
• Send messages only to recipients you have a lawful basis and any required consent to contact. Do not use purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped lists.
• Do not use false, misleading, or deceptive headers, sender information, subject lines, or content.
• Provide identification and an opt-out mechanism where required, and promptly honor opt-out requests.
• Do not send bulk, unsolicited, or high-volume messages, or circumvent the sending limits or policies of any email or other provider.

• Anything unlawful, or that facilitates or promotes unlawful activity.
• Fraud, phishing, scams, deceptive practices, or impersonation of any person or organization.
• Malware, malicious code or links, or anything designed to damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Harassment, threats, abuse, hate speech, defamation, or content that exploits or harms minors.
• Content that infringes or misappropriates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Processing sensitive or special category personal data without all legally required bases and safeguards.
• Content, including AI-generated content, that is false or misleading, or that could deceive recipients.

• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, seat limits, trial restrictions, billing, or security measures, including by creating multiple accounts or workspaces.
• Accessing or attempting to access accounts, workspaces, or data without authorization.
• Probing, scanning, load testing, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, copying, or creating derivative works of the Service, except as permitted by law.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties without our written agreement.
• Using the Service to build a competing product or service.
• Using the Service in violation of the terms or policies of any connected third-party service or AI provider.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or other users' use of it.

We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion and with or without notice, remove or disable content, limit or suspend features, suspend or terminate accounts or workspaces, and report conduct to law enforcement or affected parties. We are not obligated to monitor use of the Service, but we may do so where permitted by law.
