Straight arithmetic from the rates you entered, not a forecast. Update the rates from your own campaign history when you have it.

How it works

  1. Enter monthly volume and your reply, meeting, and close rates.
  2. Each rate applies to the stage before it: meetings come from replies, customers from meetings.
  3. Add the average deal value and the monthly cost of the campaign.
  4. Read the projection per month, over the period, and per reply and meeting.

Where to get the rates

Use your own history first; a projection built on your last campaign is worth far more than one built on an industry average. If you have no history, start from a published range with the benchmark calculator and adjust for your audience.

Include the real cost: sending tool subscriptions, data and enrichment, and the time spent writing and working replies. A cost per meeting that omits an hour of someone’s day is not a cost. And treat the output as a planning range: small changes in the meeting rate move revenue a lot.

To improve the inputs rather than the arithmetic, tighten the list with the duplicate email cleaner, keep the sequence on schedule with the cadence calculator, and test one change at a time with the A/B significance calculator.

Frequently asked questions

Where should I get the rates?

Use your own campaign history first. If you have none, the benchmark calculator grades a campaign against published cold email benchmarks, with sources linked on that page.

What costs should I include?

Include sending tool subscriptions, data or enrichment costs, and the time you or a teammate spends on the campaign if you want a true cost per meeting.

Are the projections guarantees?

No. They are straight arithmetic from the rates you enter. Small changes in reply and meeting rates move the output a lot, so treat the result as a planning range, not a forecast.
