Attendees and hours
Pick a date to see the hours that work for everyone.
How it works
- Pick the date and set the working-hours window, such as 9 to 17.
- Add every attendee’s time zone.
- The finder checks each hour of the day and keeps the ones that are inside the window everywhere.
- Copy a slot with the time already written in each zone for the invite.
When nothing overlaps
Past about eight hours of spread, a slot inside everyone’s 9 to 5 may simply not exist. Widen the window slightly, try another weekday, or rotate the meeting time so the early start or late finish is shared rather than always falling on one region.
Weekends are excluded automatically, and every zone is evaluated for the exact date, so daylight saving transitions are handled. If you are scheduling a send rather than a meeting, use the send time converter.
Frequently asked questions
What if there is no overlap?
With teams spread across more than about eight hours of time difference, a single slot inside everyone's 9 to 5 may not exist. Widen the working-hours window, try another day, or alternate meeting times so the inconvenience is shared.
Does it account for daylight saving time?
Yes. Each zone is evaluated for the specific date you choose, using your browser's IANA timezone data.
Can I share the result?
Yes. Copy the summary line, which lists the chosen time in each attendee's local zone, and paste it into the calendar invite or email.
