About Tutti

Tutti (tutti.work) is an AI shared inbox for communications teams on Gmail. What it stands for and how we research our guides.

What Tutti is

Tutti is an AI shared inbox for communications teams on Gmail. It brings every Gmail account the team uses into one inbox, labels each conversation with AI, drafts every reply from the full thread, and requires a person to approve each message before it is sent.

Tutti lives at tutti.work. It is not a help desk, a ticketing system, a CRM, or an AI agent that answers on its own: AI sorts the inbox and writes the first draft, and a person sends every reply.

What we stand for

  • A person approves every send. Tutti never sends a reply on its own.
  • Your mail is not training data. AI requests go only to zero-data-retention providers. Read the security overview.
  • One flat price per workspace. AI is included, with no per-message fees. See pricing.

How we research our guides

  • Gmail and Google Workspace facts come from Google's own help center, linked in each guide.
  • Facts about other products come only from their public pages, and comparisons show the date we last checked them.
  • Every statistic names its source.
  • When a product changes, we update the page and its date.

The name

“Tutti” is Italian for “everyone.” In music it is the cue for the whole orchestra to come in together.
